At VR Design, the people who interview for your project are the people who deliver it. We don’t have an A team for the pitch and a B team for the work. A principal is involved in every project from site selection through construction administration, attends key meetings, and is reachable directly. Your project team stays the same from start to finish, so knowledge of your process, schedule, and plant never gets handed off. VR Design can provide limited services when special needs arise. VR Design has teamed up with the client and contractors on a design-build basis. When projects have extraordinary deadline considerations, VR Design is experienced with "fast-tracking" methods and has completed a wide variety of these projects over the last decade.   

Beyond the Building

We also help clients before and after design: site selection and feasibility studies, adaptive reuse of existing buildings for new production, master planning for phased growth, and specialty studies in fire and life safety, acoustics, and environmental compliance through our consultant network.  

The firm collaborates with project and process engineers, vendors, and manufacturers on industrial projects to deliver inclusive design. Our experience in sustainable buildings and eco-industrial projects continues to grow.
