.Limited services can be provided when special needs arise. VR Design has teamed with the Client and Contractors through a design-build basis. At times when projects have extraordinary deadline considerations, VR Design is experienced with the methods for "fast tracking" and has successfully completed a wide variety of these projects over the last decade.   

In addition to the normal full range of architectural and engineering services, VR Design can provide assistance in site selection, planning and site studies, space planning, cost feasibility determinations and facilities management. Through specialty consultants the firm has completed and coordinated studies in the areas of fire and life safety, sound attenuation, noise monitoring and environmental studies.   

For industrial projects, the firm teams in close conjunction with project and process engineers, vendors and manufacturers to provide a design inclusive. Our breadth of experience in sustainable buildings and eco-industrial projects is expanding.
